Kyle Zelazny: Interim & Vice Chair
Kyle practices in the areas of travel law, mergers and acquisitions, law enforcement representation, corporate and business matters, worker’s compensation, and other transactional matters. He received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Kyle is civic-minded and enjoys volunteering at the Simon Foundation, and is actively engaged in local community groups and boards. He enjoys rooting for the New York Yankees and New York Jets alongside his German Shepherd, Ares. He currently lives in West Hartford, Connecticut.
Ted Mancini: Treasurer
Ted Mancini has lived in West Hartford for over 45 years. In fact, Ted's family have been in West Hartford since the early 1950's!
Currently, Ted has been an Operations Manager in the construction industry for 22 years and Ted has been married for 28 years.
Ted graduated from Conard High School in 1988 and graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degreen in Business (Finance) soon after.
Ted has served the West Hartford Community in several capacities. He was Vice-President for 2 years and then President for 3 years of the West Hartford Youth Football League. He was a coach in the West Hartford Youth Basketball League for 6 years.
He currently has been serving on the Human Rights Commission for West Hartford for the past year and a half and most recently, he is the Treasurer of the Anastasia Yopp for State House Representative in the 20th District that includes Newington and West Hartford.
Kaye Straw: Secretary
Kaye has been a West Hartford resident for 25 years after having been recruited from Ohio to teach home economics at Hall High School.
She holds a B.S. in Education from Ohio University, an MS in Education from the University of Hartford, and an MA from the University of St. Joseph.
Kaye has been a member of the West Hartford RTC since 1992.
